FAQs
Get quick answers to the most common questions about our services, process, and cost.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
It depends on your needs! We offer monthly, quarterly, and one-time deep cleans. Monthly cleaning helps prevent odors, bacteria buildup, and pests, while quarterly cleanings are great for regular maintenance. A one-time deep clean is perfect for a fresh start!
Do I need to be home for the service?
No. You do not need to be at home. You will be contacted a day ahead of the service date and 15 minutes prior to arrival.
What happens to the dirty water after cleaning?
Great question! We use an eco-friendly system that collects, filters, and properly disposes of wastewater – keeping harmful bacteria, grime, and pollutants out of storm drains and the environment.
How does your cleaning process kill germs and odors?
We use 190° high-pressure water to blast away dirt, grease, and bacteria. Then, we apply a biodegradable disinfectant that eliminates 99.9% of germs, leaving your bins sanitized and odor-free—without using harsh chemicals!
Will bin cleaning help prevent maggots and pests?
Absolutely! Dirty bins attract flies, rodents, and other unwanted critters. Our cleaning service removes food residue and odors, making your bins less inviting for pests—and much more pleasant for you!
